ICS 24/7 provides short-term and long-term health care personnel to Cleveland area (and suburbs) hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing facilities and nursing homes. ICS is aware of the fluctuation of staffing needs and has the personnel to staff on short notice. The Nurse Staffing Unit of ICS evolved from marketing research that showed nursing homes case mix fluctuates. Due to budget constraints, nursing homes are keeping their nursing employment numbers based on case mix as opposed to staffing up during high census and staffing down during low census. Facilities are finding out that is it more economical to staff with agency nurses to handle times of peak census/case mix. This eliminates the additional cost of training, benefits, sick leave, vacation, payroll matches, etc. Integrity Care Solutions' NSU has access to skilled RN's, LPN's and Nursing Assistants, and we are continually recruiting staff based on demands.
